This is an electric hot dog steamer is perfect for high volume applications. It has three compartments: two steam wells for hot dogs and one holding compartment for warm rolls. Each steam compartment measures 30 x 50 cm and can hold up to 10 kg of product for a total capacity of 20 kg Plus, the center bun compartment can hold up to 4 dozens rolls at once. The pan set includes a roll dome cover for the bun compartment, perforated pans and steaming baskets, 20 cm deep shoulder pans, along with lids and brackets
